The job is considered to be the frame, determined in space and time, in which an activity is carried out and in which the legal relations of labor materialize. Starting with 2016 jobs are counted in full units regardless of the duration of the work program (full or partial). In multi-shift units, the number of jobs are multiplied by the number of shifts.
Job vacancies are considered to be positions for persons outside the unit (but on which can also compete persons from the unit), whether they are for definite or indefinite duration, full time or part time program and for which the employer carries out concrete actions to find a suitable candidate and wants immediate employment or in a specific time period set by the employer.
